Returns, exchanges and refunds

Our dedicated QC and QA team will inspect your items before shipping. The quality of our products is guaranteed. However, you do need to check your size carefully and accurately before purchasing. Please refer to the size chart on the product page.

At leivancity, returns are as easy as 1-2-3! You have nothing to lose! If you are not 100% satisfied, we will refund your money. So, we’ve got you covered! Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to initiate the return process.
Return process

1. Send us an email
- Contact us (email: service@leivancity.com ) and describe the item you wish to return and the reason for the return. If there is any quality problem, please attach photos.

2. Adopt suggestions
- Professional advice will be provided. Our service team will provide you with detailed instructions.

3. Return
- Place items in original packaging and send via local post office.

4. Refund or exchange
- Once we receive your package, we will immediately process a refund or exchange according to our return conditions.
Please note:

2. The address on the package is not the return address. Please contact the customer service team to provide you with the correct return address.

3. Return orders without a return address authorized by customer service staff will not be refunded.

4. Clearance products do not support returns or exchanges. (For example, a page or collection named "Clearance" or a product with "Clearance" in the title)
Items eligible for return/refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt must comply with the following criteria:

1. Defective items arrived damaged/broken or stained.

2. The item received is incorrect size/color.

3. Items that are unwashed, unworn and unused within 14 days of receipt do not meet your expectations.

If you encounter the above situation, please contact our support center (email: service@leivancity.com) as soon as possible. If for any reason you decide you no longer need the item. You can report it to us within 14 days of receiving the item to get a partial refund of the item cost.
Non-returnable items

We will not accept returns under the following circumstances:

1. Items beyond the 14-day warranty period.

2. Items that have been washed, worn, used or misused.

3. Products in the following categories: promotional items, swimwear, and underwear are not covered by the warranty.

1. Please contact us within 14 days from the date of receipt of order.

2. The following products cannot be returned or exchanged: underwear, pajamas, swimsuits and accessories.

3. Returned items must be in unused condition and with original packaging. We will not accept returned items that are worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

4. We do not accept returned items that are returned without evaluation or signal from our returns staff. Please be sure to check the status of your return with our staff first.
Refund

1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If you're approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment for an amount within 7-15 days.

2. If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is issued. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us.

3. We do not provide freight collect (FTC) service for packages returned to us. Shipping costs for returned packages are non-refundable. Leivancitycannot be responsible for non-payment to leivancity is refunded, reimbursed, covered or otherwise responsible for any charges . This includes any customs duties or VAT and any return shipping costs you may incur during the refund process.

4. Please be sure to inspect your return carefully before shipping. We are not responsible for product returns.
Return shipping and address

1. Please be sure to contact our after-sales customer service to obtain the specific address for returns!

2. All shipping costs are borne by the customer. This includes shipping costs for returns or exchanges. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend that you double check sizing information and confirm all order details before placing an order with courier.

3. Please contact your local post office to confirm actual return shipping costs. We recommend you use the cheapest registered airmail method.
cancel the order
Please check the size, color, quantity, recipient, shipping address and other information carefully before payment. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed easily. If you wish to cancel your order, please email service@leivancity.com. Once your order has been shipped it cannot be canceled.
Note:
1. If the order is canceled more than 12 hours after the order is placed, an order processing fee of 20% of the order amount will be charged.
2. Order cancellation will not be accepted more than 7 days after the order is placed.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer will bear the shipping costs. The specific cost depends on the courier company you choose.
If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our fault, consumers do not need to bear the shipping costs.
